Accessibility
Applications for the use of accessible facilities will open at a later date.
Accessibility tickets are not sold separately. Please buy a standard ticket first then apply for use of the accessible facilities. Please note, you will need to have either a Nimbus Access Card or Digital Access Pass to apply. If you don’t have one, you can register with Nimbus for a free CrystalPalace Digital Access Pass. Please do not buy a ticket for your essential companion. These are allocated through the application process.
Accessible viewing areas
There are raised viewing platforms and ground viewing areas available within the arena.
Accessible toilets
Wheelchair accessible and standard toilets for accessibility customers are located across the arena. They are available to all accessibility customers.
Changing places units
There are changing places units featuring an adult changing bed, toilet, sink, and hoist.
Accessible entrance lanes
There are dedicated entrance lanes for accessibility customers to access the arena.
Sensory calm spaces
There is a Sensory Calm Tent located within the arena. The aim of this space is to provide a safe, low-level stimulation and recalibration zone for any customers who need to use them.
Bars
Dedicated accessible lanes are available at each main bar. This section of the bar has a lowered counter and bypasses the main queuing system.
